I'm excited to report that I've continued on this path, incorporating more walking, light yoga, and even shedding 5 pounds in the process! Walking has become an essential part of my daily routine. I started by taking short breaks throughout the day to stretch my legs, soak in some sunshine, and clear my mind. Gradually, I increased the duration and frequency of my walks. The benefits have been immense: improved mood, increased energy, and better focus when I return to my coding projects.

To complement my walking regimen, I've integrated light yoga into my daily routine.
